Tea Lab's launch is focused on Pakistan-wide delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days across Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details, where available.

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Free shipping offers, when available, are announced on our website and social media.

BALANCE+, LACTA+, DETOX+, CALM+, GLUCO+ and CARDIO+ are naturally caffeine free. GLOW+, PURE+ and CLASSIC+ contain naturally occurring caffeine from green or black tea. You can always check the caffeine content on each product page.

For most herbal blends, steep 2 teaspoons (5–7 g) in 250–300 ml of hot water, covered, for 5–7 minutes. PURE+ green tea is best with 80–85°C water for 2–3 minutes, and CLASSIC+ black tea is simmered for 3–5 minutes for chai. Full brewing steps are on every product page.

Every blend is made from natural botanicals and tea leaves, such as chamomile, spearmint, ginger, cinnamon, hibiscus and green or black tea. The full ingredient list is shown on each product page.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor or healthcare provider before drinking any herbal tea. Our teas are wellness beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used tea cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or defective, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.
